Did you know that a 3-year-old child should eat about 1-1/2 cups of veggies and 1 cup of fruit per day? That's what you can learn from the United States Department of Agriculture's MyPyramid website.
MyPyramid.gov is your access point for the USDA food guidance system. In April 2005, USDA released the MyPyramid food guidance system that provides many options to help Americans make healthy food choices and be active every day. The interactive site offers a variety of tips and ideas that can help you and your children get started toward a healthy diet.
